Correcting Your Personal Information

Some of your personal information can be accessed and updated through your L4G account. If you wish to have any other personal information we have relating to you updated, you can contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this policy.

Data Retention

We generally retain your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. To delete an account, please contact us. Note that we may maintain backups of your information, even if you have left an organization, and, due to technical reasons, residual copies of backup data may remain for limited periods of time even after your account is deleted.

Marketing Emails

If you receive any marketing or promotional emails from us (such as newsletters), you can opt-out or unsubscribe from those emails by following the instructions to do so included in those emails.

Do Not Track Signals

L4G currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals in the HTTP headers from your browser or mobile application due to a lack of standardization regarding how those signals should be interpreted.
